CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Regional ABCToday Team and Develop Managers:

• Support staff in all aspects of the work.
• Meet individually with members to identify successes and challenges experienced. Create processes to track and improve employee progress.
• Create development plans for department, as a group and as individuals. Consider the skills for individual and team develop and create pathways to learning.

Fully Understand and Leverage ABCToday Data:

• Track impact of efforts in response to ABCToday Data.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the school wide approach across all 7 schools in Central Region.
• Develop reporting mechanisms that are simple and easy to understand and there is accurate, timely reporting.

Partnership Engagement:

• Work with ABCToday Network Managers to identify, recruit and onboard ABCToday Network Partners to support work in each school.
• Develop feedback opportunities for ABCToday Network partners to measure experience and satisfaction of ABCToday Network Partners.
• Become familiar with all schools, tools utilized and outcomes measured to track positive school climate and culture.

Development of Student Supports:

• Work with staff to identify students within ABCToday schools to provide support, resources and interventions.
• Determine the outcomes and impacts that need to be tracked on a quarterly basis.
• Encourage communication and collaboration between 1:1 mentoring staff and ABCToday Network Managers to support individual students.
• Establish process for utilization of agency database for case management of students who are supported individually.
  

EDUCATION & RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree; Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field; or a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar field required.
• Experience in child development and/or case management preferred.
• Experience working with adult populations, specifically Parents/Caregivers & Volunteers.
• Experience working with a diverse population.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills, including written communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with a variety of staff, volunteers & families
• Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Technology/computer skills needed. Proficient in the following platforms: MS Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, & Teams); Outlook, & Zoom.
• Flexible work hours to meet the needs of youth, families, and volunteers, including nights and weekends.
• Home & school visits are a required part of the job.
• Must have car, valid driver's license, and meet state-required automobile insurance minimums.
